The Corporate Councils will function as representative arms of youth across the UAE’s private and public sector enterprises
The Councils exist as pacemakers for change and as platforms for young populations across industries in the private sector to contribute to the leadership and vision of their companies and work environments. Youth provide fresh insights to their organizations and are enablers of creativity. Engaging youth in one’s organization can empower youth and build their strengths, help top decision-makers view youth as a resource to inform their decisions.
